1. Privacy policy

Iterates SRL establishes this Privacy Policy, the purpose is to transparently inform visitors of the website hosted at the following address: www.iterates.be/, how personal data is collected and processed by Iterates SRL.

The term visitor refers to either a natural or legal person, who visits or interacts in any way with the Iterates SRL website. 

As such, Iterates SRL only uses and processes the visitors personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and any replacement legislation, or any similar regulation under any applicable law, and any regulatory requirements or codes of practice governing the use, storage or transmission of personal data. Every reference in this Privacy Policy to the ‘GDPR’ is a reference to the Regulation of 27 April 2016 on the Protection of Natural Persons with regard to the Processing of Personal Data and on the Free Movement of such Data.

2. Processing of personal data and purpose of use

Iterates SRL is responsible for the processing and decides alone or in cooperation with others which personal data is being collected as well as the purposes and the technical and organizational means with regard to the processing of this personal data. 

Iterates SRL has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect the personal data of its visitors and Customers. Iterates SRL uses various adequate security technologies and procedures to protect the visitors personal data against unauthorized access, use or disclosure. Iterates SRL ensures that the visitors personal data is stored safely in a controlled environment.

Use of the website https://www.iterates.be/ by visitors may result in the communication of personal data. The processing of this data by Iterates SRL or by service providers acting in the name and on behalf of Iterates SRL, will comply with the Law and the Regulations.

In accordance with article 13 of the Regulations, the purposes of the processing of personal data are

communicated to the visitor and are to ensure the execution of the services offered and agreed on the website and answer the visitor’s potential questions. No additional data is collected without first informing the visitor.

3. Duration of retention of visitors’ personal data

The personal data of the visitor is stored as long as necessary to achieve the purposes pursued. The personal data of the visitor will be erased from the database of Iterates SRL as soon as it is no longer necessary for the purposes pursued or if the visitor has validly exercised their right to erasure.

In accordance with Article 13 §2 of the Regulation and of the Law, the Data Controller only stores personal data for the time reasonably necessary to enable the fulfillment of the purposes for which they are processed. For the case of the Iterates SRL website in all cases this duration is indefinite.

4. Recipients of data and disclosure to third parties

The personal data of the visitor will only be processed for internal use within Iterates SRL. The personal data will not be sold, passed on or communicated to third parties, unless the visitor has given us the visitors explicit consent beforehand, or if the transmission is necessary for the execution of the agreement or is legally required.

5.1 Guarantee of a legitimate and secure process of the visitors personal data

5.2 Right to access

5.3 Right to rectification of the visitors personal data
